Eva Račková

I design development and educational programmes for the education, healthcare, non-profit and commercial sectors. I founded the company Rozvoj osobnosti s.r.o., where I offer accredited, comprehensive development programmes.

My vision is to develop life skills in an innovative, interactive, professional and human way. The coaching and mediation approach makes this possible. I don't just pass on knowledge, I help develop key competencies in social and communication skills and emotional intelligence.

In schools I help introduce peer / school mediation and I use the NVC concept, that is the nonviolent communication of M. Rosenberg, which I have been dedicated to for several years.

I am convinced that sustainable development is possible even with limited resources, and so I bring targeted support and programmes where they are needed, so that together we build a culture of support, cooperation and responsibility.

Inspiration & gratitude

M. Rosenberg and C. Rogers inspired me. I learned from father Jozef Hegglin, who guided me spiritually for seven years. I feel deep gratitude for what I received and what I learned from him.

I am grateful for how many people he tirelessly and with an open heart showed the way to inner freedom, authenticity, fullness and joy, precisely through the NVC concept, and I want to continue in that. Thank you, Jozef.
