Mentoring
What is mentoring?
Mentoring is a relationship in which I pass on my experience and professional know-how to a less experienced colleague.
Unlike coaching, a mentor advises and shares concrete approaches from practice. I offer this service in collaboration.
Mentoring helps you:
- grow professionally faster
- share proven approaches
- gain confidence and support in practice
